A documentary that compares the sustainability of a vegetable-based diet and a meat-based diet. It follows a vegan student at Wesleyan University (Haley Sacks) and an omnivore student at Wesleyan University (Jake Barack) to gain insight into their perspectives on diet, sustainability, water consumption and virtual water. Interviews with Nunzio Corsino and Stephen LaPenta illuminate the water involved in producing food and Professor Suzanne O’Connell explains the concept of virtual water.
